SPECIAL BLESSINGS
Dear children, don't just talk about love.
Put your love into action. Then it will truly be love.
~ I John 3:18
The Special Blessings ministry serves children, teens and adults with special needs, and the families that care for them, that all may participate in the life of Fourth Church to the fullest extent possible. The Special Blessings ministry puts love into action by coming alongside our friends with special needs and their families, and making accommodations to integrate these saints into the fabric of this Body of believers.
Children and Youth
Partnering with the Children’s and Youth Ministries, the Special Blessings ministry provides support and consultation as needed in Sunday School classrooms, and youth camps, retreats and activities, affording parents peace of mind, knowing that their child is being included, accommodated, and lovingly and appropriately cared for.
Elementary Children’s Sunday School Class
Room 215 ~ 9:30 AM Sundays
The Special Blessings elementary children’s Sunday school class provides Biblical instruction using developmentally appropriate teaching methods and materials in a sensory rich environment, presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to children with special needs who are best be served in a self-contained classroom.
Teen/Adult Sunday School and Hand bell Choir
