Service Opportunities

The Church and Family Life Committee (C&FL) sponsors an adult education program entitled, "At Your Service."  The purpose is to assist one in finding a place of ministry within our church or community.  It begins with an informal one-on-one interview that allows one to discuss his or her gifts and interests. 

The interviews are usually scheduled on Sundays at 11:00 a.m.  The interviewer has no ministry vacancies to fill.  He or she is interested only in learning of one’s background, interests and desire to serve.  Following the interview a C&FL subcommittee will pray for the person interviewed, suggest some ministry opportunities, and then call to discuss these recommendations.
